Community Networking
Trauma-Informed Utah is working to increase psychological safety, health and wellbeing of clients, staff, organizations and our community.
The Trauma-Informed Approach
Trauma-informed systems shift from asking “what is wrong with you” to “what happened to you”, allowing a system to be supportive of staff or clients instead of making things harder. This shift in perspective saves money, increases wellbeing and resilience-building, and creates healthier, stronger communities.
